It wasnt a bad place per se, and maybe it was because it was mid September, but we were placed in the back which was kind of creepy and we had absolutely nothing in the room as far as a microwave or hairdryer, or even a coffee maker. That was a complete bummer.

Good sized room and clean and great location for Cape Cod exploring.

Good service. Nice place. The a/c should have been on when we arrived, but otherwise excellent.

Handicapped accessible. Extremely friendly and accommodating staff and owner. Free Coffee, tea, ice, and microwave in lobby. Sunny room overlooking sunny pool area. Very comfortable bed and pillows. Clean towels and linens. Loved the decor and layout. Perfect for eating in room with a seperate desk area and mini fridge. ( No freezer). Comfortable club chair to sit in. Large tv. Right off Rte 28, in the middle of Cape and easy access to everything to do on Cape.

We stayed here before because of the great room and services that we received on our first visit. We booked this one rather last minute because we wanted to return to the area this summer. This room wasn't as updated and as clean as our first one but that's okay given the price. The pool was great, the price was great, and the staff is always excellent. We will be back

Close location to attractions around Cape Cod Short distance drive to Martha's vineyard ferry and other ferry services A lot of shops around and places to eat. Very close to beaches Free parking space

The two queen beds are comfortable and clean. The room is very quiet during the night. The fridge works well. The location is very convenient, it is not far from the Bass River beach, where we went fishing the next day.
